Un-Forgotten Christmas

As some of you will have seen, Forgotten Riders MCC attended a local school in recent days to help repair some vandal damage to the Primary school. While we were there, it was brought to our attention that, due to the cost-of-living crisis, some parents will struggle this Christmas to give their children the Christmas they deserve. Every year less well-off families struggle to obtain presents for their children, and this stress can detract from what should be a period of joy and happiness. For every child that does not get a gift, there are parents who are feeling stressed, anxious and guilty. Often struggling to put food on the table or making a choice between heating and eating. This is a far too common situation families find themselves in any Christmas, but this year the worsening situation with the UK and the global economy means that huge numbers of families are starting to fall into poverty.

WE AT FORGOTTEN RIDERS MCC FEEL THAT THIS SIMPLY WILL NOT DO!

We want to help this school, its parents and its children this Christmas and as many other schools as possible. We want to buy as many toys and children's gifts as we can, we would particularly like to hear from sporting, game and toy companies that would like to help us, and, together, we can make a positive difference in someone's life this Christmas!

Please help us ensure the magic of Christmas enters the homes of these families!

Who We Are

We are Forgotten Riders, a family-oriented motorcycle club based in North Wales. We formed in February this year, and over the past few months, we have tried to help our community, particularly the children, in any way we can. Our activities range from litter picking right up to organising our first bike show, attended by over 6,500 people, in aid of a premature baby unit in our local hospital.

Not bad for our first year. Help us do more.
