Help Maya and Matthew Serve in Kenya

Hi!

My name is Maya Lathrop, and I'm 21 years old. I have an incredible opportunity to travel overseas for the first time—to Kenya! I would be staying just outside of the capital city of Nairobi, where I'll be spending 7 days with children ages 4-18 at an orphanage. While there, I'll have the chance to share God's love and serve these children. We will put on a "Vacation Bible School" program for them. My boyfriend Matthew will also be assisting with the construction of a better facility for the orphanage. He will be laying block, and we will all help paint. All materials and labor will be funded by our church and those willing to donate.
