On Saturday 11th May I will be running in the Ultra-Trail Snowdonia 55KM for Sport Parkinson’s.

The race involves two climbs to the peak of Snowdonia followed by two further climbs of the surrounding peaks totalling over 3300M of elevation gain.

Sport Parkinson's raises money to encourage people with Parkinson's Disease to live an active life. With your donations you will help organise unique sporting events, provide grants, raise awareness of the condition, and offer community support to improve the lives of people living with the disease.
