Hey there, just a little bit about myself and what I'm currently doing.

My name is Jason, me and the better half

( Ella ) decided to pack our bags in England and purchase a one way ticket to Sri Lanka. The plan is to spend time in both England and Australia whilst travelling around the world in-between.

We spent almost a month hopping around mostly south and central Sri Lanka before Ella jetted off to India to do a holistic Ayurvedic treatment known as Panchakarma And I headed East to Batticaloa for a month. A few months back, I caught up with a friend's dad (Seelan). I told him about our plans and mentioned that I'll have a month up my sleeve and would love to give back. He then introduced me to Kevin and the rest is History.

What has transpired has been truly magical. Kevin and his team Tina, Vathani, Niro And Vithursan and the whole community have welcomed me with open arms! From meeting everyone involved in Symbioun, visiting the 3 farms, getting a proper understanding and a feel of what they're doing in the Mavadivembu community, Spending time with the children and attending their Theebapavali celebrations, then everyday having lunch together - that is prepared by the local women,

the list honestly goes on and on. In the meantime, we came up with projects that I can help with over the course of the month and leave a little footprint in this beautiful community.

One of my best mates from Aus is joining me in the next few days, Along with our time and knowledge I want to give back in a lasting way, I've got a few ideas up my sleeve to help out with the kids, woman and community. It's been on my mind the last week and the thing that I kept coming back to was how cool would it be for me to use the platform I have to help Mavadivembu and the Symbioun project. I have never done anything like this before and have never experienced what I'm experiencing! I've set up a Go-fund me page that if anyone at all would like to donate to they can I'm not setting a goal literally every dollar counts It's by no means about the overall amount at it's about helping out in anyway possible! feel free to contact me about the whole project I'm lucky enough to help with.
