Megan & Jace's Maui Fire Relief

We are going to Maui in a week to celebrate that Jace is cancer free! While we are there, we will be bringing items to families that have been displaced and are in need of simple things like toilet paper, diapers, paper towels, and laundry soap.

I have been in contact with several families that have children that have lost everything and need additional items, such as a sleeping bags, toys, mattresses, and sheets.

We will be buying as many of these items as we can and delivering them to the families, along with a little aloha and a bit of hope.

I thought I would open a GoFundMe and just see if our friends and families were willing to help us with any funding towards helping these families.

"We are 'D' and 'E'. We are ending our 3rd grade year and PreK. We have been adjusting. There good days and bad days. Having passes to Maui Ocean Center would be so fun for the summer. We both love ocean animals and learning about them. 'D' could use a new bed frame for his mattress." D.A. Maui

"As life would have it we are facing a rental increase in July at our relocation residence in Wailuku. We could use some help with things to keep the boys busy. They'd really like to go to the Ocean Center, Ultimate Air, Fun Factory and be outdoors during the summer. They have asked to go camping but we lost all our gear in the Fire and I haven't yet begun to try a replace that because of the upcoming rent increase" - D.R., Wailkuku Maui

"we are paying mortgage even though the house is all burned down and our rental assistance will ends in July. So we will be paying both mortgage and rent at the same time after July."- J.V., Maui
