Hi Kim G here. Those who know me know I hate to ask for anything. I’m a giver, but I am coming to you now with a most humble and faithful heart. As some also know my nephew Matthew Barnhart, 35 years old, was rushed to the hospital with a dissected aorta caused by a congenital heart valve defect. He survived a 10 hour emergency surgery, kidney failure and dialysis from the surgery, and a small stroke all complications from the surgery. He is currently at UF Shands in Gainesville fighting for his life. He is a hard worker for a lumber company and a simple man who loves his two small children more than anything. I am setting up this page to ask for donations to help his family with expenses both medical and family. Our goal is 10,000. I know it is a hard financial time for everyone right now but please reach into your hearts and your pockets if you can to help Matthew recover and get back to his life and family.
