Match severance for Noah

Recently, our dear Noah was laid off from their position as an EA for an oral deaf school. This was all under the assumption that Noah was not a “good fit” for the program. Parents, staff and family have stood behind Noah, on the defense for admin making such rash decisions without their knowledge or consent. Noah has an incredible relationship with their co teacher, students, staff and parents. 

While Noah is being reconsidered for their position, the school has offered a severance with a few questionable details. Noah would rather not sign the severance for this reason. 
Noah has been without pay for a few weeks, and needs our support to match this; any extra funds made will go towards their co-teacher for supplies for their classroom.
