Mitch hates to run. But not more than he loves to help others. He heard the call to assist, aid and support those who are in need; and with the help of running shoes, running friends (Kayla, Dakota, and Carina) and the LA Marathon, Mitch is putting both of his best feet forward and asking you to do the same.
