We are the Maskateers, a team of volunteers who are donating high-quality masks and personal protective equipment (PPE) to those on the frontline. We currently have 115 members sewings, cutting, and delivering PPE to local Connecticut and Rhode Island front-line workers, hospitals, nursing homes, homeless & food banks, schools, police, and military.


We have already donated thousands of masks to organizations such as Yale Hospital Systems, Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Centers, Visiting Nurse Associations, Hartford Health Systems, Middlesex Health Sytems, Coast Guard, Navy, public schools, local police and first responders, and many more! 

All money raised from this fund will go directly to paying for the necessary supplies to make masks.

Our team is made of 100% volunteers who are committed to working together and helping battle against COVID-19.  We rely only on our personal supplies and your donations to provide us with the materials to make more masks!

Our Process
We have simplified the mask-making process in order to produce quality cotton masks quickly. 
We make pre-cut kits with all the supplies needed to make 50 masks and distribute them to our sewing members in each town. We then collect, quality control, and sterilize the masks before dropping them off to the organizations that are most in need. 

How Can You Help?
We hope to provide thousands of more masks to our frontline and in order to accomplish this, we aim to provide all of our members with the supplies they need for free! WE DEPEND ON YOUR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTION TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES AND MAKE MORE MASKS.
