Marshland Pink ladies are raising money in aid of Wisbech Theatre Trust (The Angles Theatre)

The Angles Theatre in Wisbech is the oldest and only surviving theatre in the Fenland district, dating back to 1790. This theatre gives so much to the community and is totally run by volunteers.

This year The Pink Ladies Hockey Squad (aged 11 to 16) have decided to complete their annual 5K charity run on Saturday 1st July and give the proceeds to this amazing theatre, run by some amazing people.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to many of our pupils at Marshland High School, including some of our charity runners who attend classes run by the Angles Theatre.

We, as a hockey Squad have raised over £10,000 in the past for local charities and see this as a brilliant cause.

Not many of us cherish the run and find it hard, but it is worth it to raise money for such a great cause as the Angles Theatre in Wisbech Town.

Please help the local community provision by giving whatever you can.
