Hi my name is Holly, I am the sister to Marshall and daughter to Jane who both sadly passed away to suicide in 2020 after receiving ongoing inpatient and community care by services that massively failed them both.

Over the last 5 years I have been wanting to help change such a broken system but I have needed to heal first after such a traumatic time of my life .

5 years on and I am over thrilled to say my dream and vision is coming into a reality. I have the most amazing team of Godly women supporting me who work in the professional sector, as well as families who are currently being failed by the same system that failed my family.

Marshalls Movement’s goal is to stand in the gap where children are falling through the net, and provide them with alternative therapy and bring enjoyment back into their life by taking them out and doing something fun with them what ever that may look like for the individual ( theme park/ fishing/ zoo/ go-karting etc)

We believe that every child should have a chance to be happy again, and NO child should fall through the net and be forgotten. Which is sadly happening far too often .

£1000 will provide early intervention & alternative therapy to 20 young people maybe more.

On August 29th I will be doing a sponsored walk up the yorkshire three peaks, to raise money to start the early intervention service that is so desperately needed.

I really believe we can make a difference in so many children’s lives, just by brining therapy into a joyful/ peaceful environment
