Hi everyone,

I’m creating this GoFundMe to ask for support in helping me travel to Mexico to be with my grandma, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. She means the world to me, and right now the most important thing is being able to show up for her in person—to offer love, medicine, comfort, and support during this difficult time.

Because she lives in Mexico, the costs of travel, lodging, and time away from work add up quickly, and I’m not able to cover everything on my own. Any contribution, no matter the size, would help ease the financial burden and allow me to focus on continuing my creations with sewing, and be able to come back in a comfortable way to continue my studies and teaching work.
