Marley & Poppy’s fundraising page

Marley is an 8 year old boy with a twin sister Poppy. At the beginning of the summer holidays Marley became very unwell and was diagnosed with an inoperable brain stem tumour. He has undergone a course of radiotherapy to relieve some of his symptoms and now has the opportunity to trial a new drug to prolong his life.

We would love to be able to raise some money for the family to help towards them making some precious memories with their beautiful little boy/brother and to fulfill as many of his dreams as possible.

As you can imagine this is a very difficult time for the family and anything you can give will also help towards any expenses they have so they can concentrate on making Marley and Poppy as happy as possible during this unimaginable time. Loretta and Ian, Marley & Poppy’s parents have had lots of friends pledging to help out around the house and convert a room downstairs into a play/ bedroom for Marley as and when needed. There is also a fundraising day on 20th October at the 40 bridges pub in awsworth and a Halloween family fundraiser day on 2nd November at the gate inn pub at awsworth so we hope to see you all there.
