This fundraiser is trying to achieve $1,000 by day 1,000 of my running streak to have money to give those patients going through chemo. It will provide them with the shirts or quarter zip jackets to allow their ports to be easily accessible while receiving treatment so they can maintain some modesty and stay warm (chemo often makes you very chilly). We had some of these for my Dad while he was receiving treatment and I know they were appreciated. I would like to make them available for other patients in his honor!
