My name is Mark Lederhos. I just recently graduated from high school and I am spending this next year in Spain in order to take time discerning God´s will for me. This is an incredible opportunity and I have already grown in my faith in countless ways. I am staying with an order of Catholic priests and brothers called the Disciples of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, an order that was started in Spain and serves the Archdiocese of Denver at St. Mary´s of Littleton. The community here is truly incredible and they have been extremely generous in giving me this opportunity. While they do cover many parts of this program there are still expenses that I need to pay for. This is why I am humbly asking for your support. The support I receive will be used to pay for trips to places in Europe in order to learn about the faith (e.g. churches, convents, monasteries, and historical places for the church), and in visiting these places I hope to deepen my faith and further understand God through the Church. It will also be used to pay for personal needs like food, clothing, and transportation. Finally, the money I receive will be used to support me in a marathon that I plan to train for and complete this May. God has given me an incredible opportunity this year to grow in my faith and listen to His calling. I humbly ask you to support me in this year of discernment and I know that God will bless you in your generosity. Know that you will be in my personal prayers every day.
