We are a group of housing providers and homeowners that provide education regarding issues of equitable housing and rental policies throughout Marin County. Many of us are former renters who work towards better housing policies that benefit renters, homeowners and housing providers equally.

We understand the current rental situation in Marin and feel the financial burden for all residents. We strongly feel that all residents need fair and affordable housing, food and transportation in Marin. We also believe that policies that focus on benefitting one select group of people and burdening other groups are inherently unfair and unsustainable. Misguided policies can lead to increasing economic disparity, resentment and rising costs for everyone.

Our goal is to keep all parties informed while educating about policies that don't force homeowners and mom & pop housing providers to bear the burden of the current economic situation while favoring other select groups.

We ask you to support our educational efforts by becoming a part of this community. Please help us continue our outreach efforts to educate about the spread of extra, rent control while helping to develop fair and equitable housing policies.
