Four years ago, my niece tragically passed away due to a drug overdose, her life devastated by the actions of a former Native American actor, Nathan Chasing Horse, when she was just 15 years old. This man is now facing trial in Nevada, USA. For 19 years, I have tirelessly warned people about engaging with this self-proclaimed medicine man, feeling helpless and unable to assist his many victims, including my niece, who suffered greatly. I am reaching out to you, the general public, for financial support to travel to Nevada and stay for the duration of the trial. I have set up a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $6,000 to cover travel, accommodation, and basic expenses, in Canadian dollars, for myself and a traveling caregiver. Since his arrest, his trial has been rescheduled many times. This journey is not just about witnessing justice being served but also about finding healing and closure for those who have followed my blogging site over these two decades.
