As you all know, our dear friend and colleague, Marianne Brothers, lost her husband, Jimmy, suddenly this August. They were “couple goals”; originally from Pearl River and high school sweethearts. They were more than just husband and wife. They were each other's best friends and biggest supporters. They raised three children, Keri, “little” Jimmy and Katie and recently became grandparents to Madison. The loss of Jimmy was devastating beyond words for their family.

Marianne is one of the hardest working people around (she works several jobs in addition to being one of our most seasoned and loving teaching assistants). Unfortunately, Jimmy did not have life insurance leaving a significant financial burden to Marianne. We would like to extend a helping hand to Marianne and her family in this time of need by creating this Go Fund Me. This is a bittersweet time for the family. While they are mourning the loss of their beloved Jimmy, they are simultaneously preparing for Katie's wedding in October.
