I’m taking on the Cooley Mountains Challenge not once, but TWICE – all in support of the incredible Maria Goretti Foundation and North Louth Hospice.

On May 18th, I’ll be doing an “unofficial” hike across the Cooley mountains with my friends and my four-legged partner-in-crime (because dogs aren’t allowed on the official day!). Then, I’ll lace up again and take on the full Cooley Challenge with my wife and the rest of the crew.

I’ll be documenting both hikes on social media so you can follow along — expect scenic views, lots of sweat, and of course, plenty of dog pics!
