Legally Challenging the Child Maintenance Service

The Child Maintenance Service, for over 20 years has knowingly over-inflated paying parents income on average by 300%. They have systematically added fictitious arrears onto 10s of thousands of paying parents accounts on average between £6000 and £28000.

 

They have falsely imprisoned men, made them homeless, stripped them of everything they own, selling homes, business assets and more.

 

They pushed thousands of people into suicide and broken the hearts of children, parents, fiances, wives and more.

 

Parents and children are asking that we help them get accountablity, so we are working to support them in taking this into court, but we need help to fund the final steps.

 

It has taken us almost a year, there are tens of thousands of cases we have now placed 5 in front of a Barrister. These cases have been prepared for three reasons.

 

1) A judicial review leading on to a declaration of incompatibility, this is to change the law

2) To be submitted for an international challenge under human rights. The DWP has already been taken to court over its management of the rights of disabled people

3) To enable all who have been stripped of their rights to a fair trial to be able to sue the UK government and claim back the money they were forced to pay that they never owed.

 

We are ready to face the government in court, please donate so we can bring accountability for all the parents and families whose lives have been destroyed by this government department.

 

When the governments own national audit office has refused to sign off the last 12 years accounts, siting false calculations and many more false accounting issues and while the National Treasury sits back choosing to ignore the distruction of families, the forced poverty, loss of employment, the documented suicides all we can do is give voices to those who need us and present documented cases to the courts.

We have thousans of cases that show purposeful false accounting, of people who have suspended forced sale orders on their properties for massive false debts they can prove they do not owe.

It is this false calculations that we want to take into court, this is what is creating homelessnes, loss of employment, parental alienation and more. The funding will pay for a group action to show the level of fraudeulent activity and purposeful stripping of assets.

To date the donations have helped us to:

> Contribute to consultation processes held by the government. Attend meetings and complete a consultation process.

> Produce media that raises awareness, bringing real, fact checked cases alive and sharing the experiences of people who are trying to make a difference.

> It has helped us to purchase equipment and pay for professionals we cant source pro bono.

We have taken this as far as we can and dont believe there is any thing else that can be done except take legal action.

The law has been changed to remove penal measures out of the court room placing them in the hands of an administrator.

Today 4th December 2023 as an update, from this point on we will not be spending donations on anything else axcept fundraising activities and legal action. We have attempted all routes to raise awareness and prevent the damage on men women and children. The only thing we will now focus on is getting this into court.
