Due to the unprecedented restaurant and bar shutdown, all three floors of MARCHESA are closed to the public until Tuesday 31 March.
In addition to our regular dining room, we had to postpone several social and corporate private events. We hope that all of these events will be rescheduled.
We are doing everything we can, via curbside pickup, delivery and gift card sales, to keep the team on payroll as long as we can, but it will be difficult, especially if the shutdown lasts longer than two weeks. All viable sources of additional revenue are being explored. As many of you know, tips from diners comprise the majority of the pay for service professionals, like servers, bartenders, server assistants and food runners.
Serving our clients delicious food and wine is our raison d'etre, so if you have enjoyed an evening at MARCHESA and can donate something to help tide us over, we would very much appreciate it. All donations will be split between the MARCHESA hourly staff members, both in the kitchen and dining room, to keep us going until we can fling open our doors again, and welcome you back to drink, carouse, dine and dance! We cannot wait to see you here in person again and pay your generosity forward with warm service and bonhomie!
