Mano nella mano

People on temporary and student visas in Australia are not currently eligible for government help. Many who are studying or working in the arts, retail and hospitality industries have found themselves unexpectedly stranded, with no way of getting home, no source of income and no emotional support.

While consulates  are  currently working on finding ways to help, we are inviting the community to fill the temporary gap in resources.

In the absence of any government assistance, our parents and grandparents pulled together to help each other out. Now, we too can show the most vulnerable in our community that we are thinking about them, willing to help.

We are providing supermarket vouchers for Italians on temporary student or work visas.

Every little bit counts. This is a community initiative- an opportunity for us to connect with Italian migrants who now need our support, to show a little friendship and give a little hope.

If you, or someone you know is on a  temporary visa or needs assistance, please CONTACT US at [email redacted].
