Manuel Morales Medical Fund: Lupus

Manuel Morales graduated from College Station High School last spring, 2017.  Our family has known Manny for 5 years as he was apart of our basketball family and Cougar family.  He was the 5A Student Manager of the Year for his basketball team and is a wonderful young man to be around.  His smile will warm your heart and his soft spoken ways will make you his biggest fan.  He is one of the most polite, intelligent and respectful young men you will ever meet.  There is nothing selfish about Manny and he is everything a mom would want their young man to be.  Manny and his brother, Sebastian, lost their father a few years ago and now they are facing even more heartache.  Unfortunately, Manny was rushed to Texas Children's Hospital on August 14th only to find out that he has class 4 Lupus Nephritis with kidney failure.  He is currently going through dyalisis in Houston and it is uncertain when he will return home.  The family will be facing a lot of expenses in doctors and treatments for the rest of his life.  He has a team of Rheumatologists, Nephrologists and Hematologists planning his treatment for this rare disease.  It is  hard to put a goal for an amount to reach since this is a life-long illness, but any amount you give will go straight to his mother, Patricia Vargas to help with these bills. Please consider giving to this precious family.  Manny is an amazing young man.  We pray he rebounds soon so that he can do all that God has planned for him.
