Manda Slater Memorial Fund

We lost our beautiful Mum/sister/daughter/auntie Manda on 24 September. She passed away from complications following a brain haemorrhage. She was just 49 years old.

We, her family, are trying to be positive and take some comfort from the fact that she had such a full, active and happy life, and from the knowledge that she touched so many other lives in so many positive ways.  She truly made the most of almost every second of the time she was with us and was so well-loved by so many people.

We want to continue to raise money for Manda's favoured charities - in the week or so following her funeral, we already raised over £1,200 in her memory - so please donate whatever you can spare and we will pass 100% on to:
- RNLI (Salcombe lifeboat station)
- Headway (the brain injury association)
- Dorking Mens Shed (who will build nest boxes in Manda's memory for local people to put up on their homes for the swifts that visit Dorking every summer, about which Manda was so passionate)

Thank you so much.

In the future, we hope to do some fundraisers to support our efforts. Details to follow...
