Manchester to blackpool charity bike ride 2023

My name is jon nichol Im a local businessman 
over the last few years I started to raise money 
for our local community. since losing my own son, I’ve become more aware of the lack of services or lengthy delays for local people that need the help now , rather than  be told you have an appointment booked for a review in three weeks, three days is too long when your not in a good place and suffering,
so I started to try and change my mindset, looking for a positive and a focus, this I found in cycling and cooking,That was it the penny dropped I have quite an extensive platform of friends on Facebook so what better way to promote a charity fund raising event, So myself and 29 others have agreed to team up together (more are welcome to join the team) we will be taking part in this years Christies Manchester to Blackpool charity ride event on July 9th - 61 miles from Salford Quays to South Promenade in Blackpool we will be raising much needed funds again for two Amazing local charities this time
Counselling in the Community and  Dohertys Destiny both are services that are so needed locally within our community We are looking for sponsors, donations and other ways to also raise funds for these local charities x Our charity cycle Team So far this year we have 30 riders of all levels in cycling . 
This year 
we are looking to raise in excess of £2000.00 this year to help our local community 
that need the support of these services,
