We are The Manchester Survivors Choir here's some information about us!
Our choir was founded in 2018 by survivors of the Manchester Arena Attack in 2017. We are made up of people who have lost loved ones and who have suffered both psychological and physical injuries.
We come together to sing and support each other. We have had some amazing times in choir such as singing with Take That, performing at Parklife, singing with Russell Watson and performing at West Minster.
The choir is important to each member as we provide each other with emotional support after the tragedy even 7 years on. Our strength and resilience as a group always shines when we sing.
We are going to New York in September to meet with other survivors of terrorism such as 9/11 attack. We are hoping to raise money so we can travel to New York to meet the 9/11 attack survivors for the 23rd anniversary, we are hoping to spread awareness of music, love and too show our support and that they're never alone.
This will be the first time the Manchester Survivors Choir have travelled to New York and any donation would be much appreciated. <3
