On the 25th of May 2024 I lost my amazing childhood friend, Lauren to suicide. Lauren was a very kind girl and in the many years growing up together I can not say one bad thing about her she was caring, charismatic, smart, funny and was always up for a good laugh, losing her left a heavy hole in many lives and I would like to take part in something honouring her memory by putting out to aid others.

I will be taking part in the AJ bell Manchester half marathon in memory of Lauren, and hopefully to raise any amount of money for PAPYRUS a suicide prevention charity that can help prevent tragedies like this by providing support to people who are unfortunately struggling with issues like this.
