Malin to Mizen for Shauna Kavanagh Foundation

On July 15th, I will be part of a group aiming to cycle from Malin head to Mizen head in 6 days to raise funds for The Shauna Kavanagh Foundation (SKF).
SKF was set up in the name of a very special lady, to support individuals and families dealing with long term health challenges. The foundation provides funding for the sometimes-overlooked practical costs that often accompany long term illness.
