Malcolm Fisher Trust in Memory of Brian Aaron

Donation protected

There was a very special friendship between Malcolm and Brian. Brian visited Malcolm at the Jewish Old Age home in Johannesburg (always with a tasty treat from the restaurant) up until a month or so before he passed away. Malcolm’s motor bike accident was almost 40 years ago!! Brian was one of the few,  who went to visit Malcolm when he was in a coma in hospital. Brian reminded us a few years back that he clearly remembers how Malcolm stopped breathing on 2 separate occasions!

The money that we are raising in memory of Brian and our beloved Greenside school friends will help Malcolm to obtain physical therapy on a more regular basis, have outings with volunteers and a better quality of daily life. Most days and nights, Malcolm is alone in lock up where he reads, listens to the radio and watches some TV.

It is incredible how positive he still is and how grateful he is for the little that is done for him and Brian would have wanted for Malcolm to have a better quality of life which we all honestly believe he deserves more than ever.
