Making memories for Gracie and her family

I have set up this GoFundMe to help my friend Joanne, along with Gracie and her brothers and sister, because at a time like this, money should be the last thing on their minds.

Last year, Gracie, 10 was sadly diagnosed with a rare brain tumour. After many tests and hospital visits, the tumour was confirmed to be cancerous. This devastated Gracie and the entire family.

In June, Gracie had the tumour removed and bounced back like the little warrior she is. Life began to normalise as she seemingly made an outstanding recovery—physically, emotionally, and socially.

However, at a routine follow-up MRI scan in February, Gracie was devastated to learn that the tumour had returned. She will now require major brain surgery followed by an intense course of radiotherapy.

Anyone who is lucky enough to know Gracie knows what a beautiful, funny, and caring little girl she is. Her strength and courage are admirable.

This will help provide the family with peace of mind financially, enabling Joanne to devote her time and energy to caring for and supporting Gracie through the most difficult time of their lives.

This will support the family in building life long memories, days out for them all and help towards a well deserved memorable holiday.
