Making it possible to visit my son

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Elias (Eli). I’m a 49-year-old journeyman plumber. I’ve been working since my release from prison in August 2022. I was away for 18 years for my actions and I’ve been given a second chance of freedom. I’ve also been given a son named Jacob. He’s eight months old and he’s the light of my life and pride of my heart. unfortunately I find myself without a roof over my head. For the past Two or three months I have been sleeping in my vehicle. I’m asking for donations so I can buy a trailer to put in the yard of the shop I work at. The reason this is so important to me so that I have a residence where I can visit my son. It is very important that he has stability in his life and it is my duty to provide that. Did my best to fill my role while I was with his mother. My money went to the bills and to Life expenses without much thought of becoming homeless. I should’ve saved more, of course, and prepared for such a possibility.
Without a residence I am left to visit my son in uncomfortable restaurants, vehicles, or at his mother’s home. I would like to visit my son privately without the possibility of an argument breaking out, aggressive physicality, or the police being called for silly reasons. like him to know that when he sees me he can be comfortable there is a place for his belongings and for him.
Because I have very very little credits and rental history I am turned down over and over and over again for houses that I can afford. hundreds in application fees only to hear the same response or no response at all. My employer was kind enough to let me park my truck at the shop, which I sleep in, and give me permission to put a trailer on the property rent free with utilities.
So I’m asking for your help so that I can purchase small trailer for myself and for my son Jacob. I would borrow the money and pay it back but I know no one that would loan me the money because after all I did get out of prison not too long ago And most of us are taught not to trust convicted felons. I paid less than 500 a month in bills. I’m saving as much as I can but my situation brings financial burdens unique to homelessness. What I mean by that is I cannot buy food at the grocery store because I don’t have a refrigerator. Every two or three days I run a cheap motel room so I can shower and shave. Those two factors alone alone make it difficult to realize my goal. So I am humbling myself and asking for your help. If anyone loan me the money I would pay it back, no matter the sum. I truly hate asking for charity but now it’s not the time for pride. Now is the time for me to say please help me. Thank you and if there’s any questions regarding my conviction or anything feel free to ask. My number is [phone redacted]. Send me a text or call and I’ll gladly answer anything to the best of my ability. once again thank you for your consideration
