Charlie - Making a Difference Expedition to Ecuador

Hi Everyone,

My name is Charlie - I go to King Ecgbert School in Sheffield, and I have an incredible opportunity to join a Volunteer Expedition to Ecuador - to help transform the lives of the local people.

The Expedition is with Camps International, and I will be working on; Community Projects for Safe Water and Food Generation, building Medical Facilities and Schools and making the local Environment Sustainable for People, Plants and Animals to thrive.

Why I’m Going:

Ecuador is home to some of the world’s most biodiverse ecosystems and vibrant cultures, but many communities face serious challenges when it comes to basic infrastructure and environmental sustainability. I’ll be working on projects that aim to make a lasting, positive impact.

That is, IF, I can raise the funds to go and make a difference! Part of the challenge is for me to raise the funds for my trip and for the work to be done in the communities, myself.

The Help I Need:

To make this happen, I need to raise £5,000 to cover the cost of the programme, equipment, and essential supplies to change lives.
