Help Us Bring Hope to Mothers and Children in South Sudan
Dear Friends,
In Rumbek, South Sudan, many mothers give birth without medical support, and children often fall ill without access to healthcare. However, through our collective efforts, positive change is possible, and progress is already underway.
We are Diar Akon Buoi Helping Hands Australia Incorporated, a registered, not-for-profit charity with the ACNC and a DGR status. Currently, we are building a healthcare facility in Rumbek to support disadvantaged women and children who have no access to basic healthcare. Your support can help us complete this vital project and save many lives.
Construction has begun, but we urgently need funds to continue. Your donation will directly contribute to:
• Ensuring safe childbirth with prenatal and maternal health services
• Providing treatment and medicines for children in need
• Offering basic nutrition and essentials to impoverished families
Why is your support so impactful?
• A $50 gift can fund prenatal care for an expectant mother
• A $100 donation can provide lifesaving medicines for children
• Any donation brings us closer to finishing the healthcare centre
Join us now
We invite you to be part of this vital mission. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps us create a wave of positive change.
Together, let's build a facility where mothers can deliver safely, and children can grow up healthy.
Donate now and share this campaign with your family, friends, and networks.
Let's finish what we've started and give life, health, and hope to those who need it most.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Diar Akon Buoi Helping Hands Australia Incorporated Team

Here is a visual representation of our cause:
This image illustrates the unsterilised conditions of the maternity wards at Rumbek State Hospital.
This image depicts a woman in labour bravely preparing to give birth under challenging conditions.
This image depicts a birthing unit where a child is born every minute, yet the room appears unsterilised and dirty.
In this image, an innocent child enters the world amidst the risk of infections and bloodborne diseases due to the unsanitary conditions of the birthing room. Even the wrap used to swaddle the newborn is visibly unclean.
This image speaks volumes. As you can see, these women are either pregnant and awaiting childbirth or have just given birth and are waiting to leave. They are captured seated under the tree as the rooms have reached full capacity, and there is no space to stay indoors.
The founder of this initiative captured these scenes firsthand.
