Our names are Brad and Katie, and we are looking at doing a domestic infant adoption. However, as you might guess, that's easier said than done.

My wife was born with a rare genetic mutation that has caused her to have eight different cancers in her lifetime, two of which caused her to have a complete hysterectomy at just 21 years old. Added to this is that my wife had a brain cancer scare a couple of years ago that took out the motor tracts for the right side of her body. So, she's presently not working, and my income goes wholly towards supporting us.

However, despite our inability to have children of our own, we still want to be parents, and we have been given a price tag of $77,000. We have a decent start towards that price tag, but we don't have enough for all the advertising costs, let alone the full adoption.
