As a family we would like to raise as much as we can for a little boy who has a special place in our hearts.
As you know Kit just age 13, recently got diagnosed with Cancer back in the summer and is undergoing treatment.
Daz, Maranda, Lottie & Kit, we cannot begin to imagine how hard this has been for you as a family, thinking of you all every day, sending you so much love & positivity.
Kit, you are such a brave, lovely young lad with an infectious smile… we would love to make your dreams come true with the help from others too. Whether it’s another trip (not around the block) in Uncle Steve’s Camaro, rent a Lamborghini for the day with Dad if he dares…. or even day out at a car festival of your choice with your whole family.
Kit we would love to make that happen for you.
As an extra special Christmas gift for such a brave boy, we want to be able to show Kit just how much he is loved & mainly to put the biggest smile on his face as we approach the new year.
✨ Let’s come together to kick start 2025 for the boy! ✨
THIS year is going to be KIT’S YEAR!
Love to you all, your team is the BEST & your strength together is incredible .
From Darren - Thank you so much for setting this up, it's been the hardest 5 months of our lives, Kit was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in August after having a pea sized lump come up in he's jaw , it's a aggressive form of soft tissue cancer which has been eating away at his jaw , all the tests hes had has come back it's contained in one area which has been a blessing in the circumstances, he has had 5 cycles of chemotherapy and has 4 more cycles planned which is every 3 weeks and lasts for 3 days which takes it out of him, he has just had a 11 hour surgery to remove the tumour from his cheek and jaw which entailed having the bone from his lower leg removed with muscle, tissue, blood vessels and having it transplanted into his jaw , once it's heeled he then has 6 weeks in Manchester to have a special radiotherapy which is called proton beam therapy followed by more chemotherapy, all we can do is hope and pray that all this works and we can get our lives back to normal, Kit has been so brave, always smiling and isn't fazed by anything , he's a inspiration and our hero , he's under teenage cancer trust at Nottingham which has been absolutely amazing in every way, we would like to thank everyone for there help , support and messages which has touched our hearts and got us through so far.
