Our Sea Cadet unit is based in an aging building that has served generations with pride. But time has taken its toll. As energy costs rise and winters grow colder, our outdated boilers and poorly insulated windows are no longer fit for purpose. Too often, our cadets are training in a building that struggles to stay warm — and that’s simply not fair on the young people and Volunteers who give their time, energy, and commitment to learning, teamwork, and service.

• New, insulated windows
