I am Kathy Hogancamp, mother of Cliff Hogancamp. He has Cerebral Palsy and because of health issues, has become wheelchair-bound. He received a Dodge Caravan in a divorce settlement; however, it is not handicapped accessible. Medicaid will not pay to have a ramp installed because he cannot drive. I have found this website that sells the ramp that is specifically designed for his van. My other sons can install it.

So, I am needing the funds to purchase the ramp and the brackets to tie him down in his wheelchair, so he can travel safely. Thank you!
