Make a difference for Brayden

Donation protected
When a hurricane came through Lake Charles, Louisiana on August 20, 2020, it became very real and personal to me, Suzanne (McKinlay) Pyke.  My 17-year-old grandson, Brayden McKinlay’s family home was demolished and as well as EVERYTHING he and his family possessed. The hurricane tore the roof from their home. The torrential rain that followed for two days destroyed what contents were still in the home. They do not have home or content insurance. Brayden and his family are safe but instead of my grandson preparing to return to his final school year as a senior with his 4.0 average and thinking of his future college selections, he must now secure a new home and the rebuilding of his life.

I am requesting any financial help that you are able to help Brayden to recover from this horrific loss. He is in need of all the essentials of clothes, incidental school fees and supplies, computer, backpack, bare essentials of bedroom furniture. Many things that we take for granted, he is now without. I appreciate your help and support to assist this young man, my grandson Brayden, in his recovery of what he has lost. As a community, I am reaching out for help in this time of need and really appreciate your consideration to his needs.
