Maintaining Dammeron Valley Community Areas

I am putting a hold on this Go Fund Me for now. When I need more support I will repost. Thank you to all of the wonderful neighbors that donated to help me continue to make Dammeron Valley shine. I will continue to

work on Hwy 18 as well as entrances. Lights will be coming, I'm coordinating with Dan Agin to assist me with securing them, but they will be done.

Update #2: June 11, 2023

I'm making progress, slow, but progress.

Any money made goes for gas, solar lights for each entrance. maintenence on equipment. I will be putting solar lights up at each entrance, just wait a bit longer, but I will get them done. I want to secure them so they won't hopefully get stolen. So far I have filled 8 garbage bins with debris from sides of road and slowly cleaning areas up.

I am thankful for support and encouragement from our community,! I also want to thank you for all donations to assist with cleaning up and maintaing the public areas around Dammeron Valley and also to my husband that has been keeping everything up and running.

Update:

With the money from Go Fund Me I have been able to purchase an ECHO SMR-225 Weed Eater-$245.00, Used Brush Hog (Thanks to Dan Agin for finding and going to pick it up in Azorina)-$500.00, weed eater replace string-$30.00, 2 stroke fuel-$14.00, 6" chain saw-$53.00, replacement shaft for brush hog-$120.00. Thank you again for all donations!

Dammeron Valley is sprucing up one day at a time!

My name is Cindy Miller and I am the one who has been mowing, weed eating, shredding branches trimmed from trees hanging in road, picking up garbage and making our community shine.

This is my 2nd year of volunteering my time, equipment, gas etc. for maintaining our community.

I have decided to open a Go Fund Me as my equipment is starting to wear out and I need to replace items. I need another weed eater so this is my first item I will purchase. I will also buy weed eater string and 2 stroke gas. I don't want any money for my time, just equipment to get the job done! My next purchase will come when my push mower gives out.

I need a 4' three point bush hog mover PTO driven to go on John Deer so I can mow along fence along Hwy 18. If you know someone that has one for sale please let me know! All money above $300 will go toward Bush mower and self propelled mower.
