Mahmoud & His Community in Gaza

Hello, our names are Sobia Khan & Jess Monroe. We are both based in London/Birmingham, UK & work in the film/music industry. Together, Jess & I are trying to gather as many donations as possible to help our friend, Mahmoud Al-Qara based in Khan Yunis, Gaza - so he is able to help displaced families in his community access food and clean water. I will send all donations directly to Mahmoud’s Palestinian bank account.

Please see the below message from Mahmoud himself -

‘Hello my name is Mahmoud, during the past year, I’ve made it my personal mission, to feed & look after people in great need within my community as much as possible, by collecting donations to purchase and distribute food & water to them. To be able to continue helping my community, I am hoping to collect more donations, so I can purchase vegetables, flour and clean water that I, alongside my brother, will personally distribute to displaced people & families in our community, so they have the means to eat something and drink clean water.’

With the donations Mahmoud collects, he provides video proof of the distribution of food and water (with the date, and with names of the source of donations) which he then circulates on his instagram page (@Mahmud.Alqra) .
