Magnus needs a surgery!

After talking with a few different doctors, we've decided that the best course of action for Magnus is going to be a surgery on his tongue and crowns in 4 of his teeth.

Unfortunately, we don't have insurance (and can't afford it at this time. Nor do we qualify for government assistance) and this surgery is something that needs to be done sooner rather than later.
