Magda, we’ve got your back !!!

We are raising money to help Magda and her kids get through a very difficult time.

Magda, Sebastian and their three kids Oliver, Dominic and Clara were a very happy and active family. Camping, skiing, canoeing, skating, swimming, biking - you name it, they were up for it all. With the kids participating in sports and community groups, Magda and Sebastian volunteered anywhere they could and helped anyone that needed it (that’s how we became friends as a part of Polish Scouts Family in Hamilton).

All that ended when Sebastian became ill three years ago. The illness hit hard and slowly turned their life upside down but they fought hard every step of the way, not giving up. They kept fighting for those three years, looking for every possible chance and treatment. On September 26th, 2021 one part of this battle came to an end with an ending of Sebastian’s journey on Earth. Magda is here to carry on now, to fight for her kids upbringing and education. We want to show her she is not alone.

To take care of her terminally ill husband, Magda had to give up many shifts at work and years of medical expenses drained the family savings. Loosing a beloved husband and dad is a huge emotional burden. There is little we can do to help with that but there is something we can do:
