Hi! My name is Madison Huckleberry, contestant #5 in the Miss Omega Psi Phi Scholarship Pageant, proudly sponsored by the Beta Zeta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

I’m a second-year Biomedical Engineering major at the University of Georgia, and I’m raising funds for Touch, an incredible organization dedicated to improving breast cancer awareness, research, and support for all women and families impacted by this disease.

This cause is deeply personal to me. My grandmother passed away from breast cancer before I was born, and though I never met her, I’ve seen how much her loss has affected my mom and our family. Her story inspires my dream of becoming a physician and fuels my passion to help others fight for more time, more hope, and more healing.

Touch works to ensure that breast cancer research and clinical trials are inclusive and representative of all women, helping to close gaps in data and improve treatment outcomes for everyone. They also provide wellness retreats, survivor programs, and community education that bring healing and hope to families across the country.

This organization perfectly aligns with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s mandated program of Health Initiatives, which promotes health and wellness within our communities, a mission that fits right alongside my own.

My goal is to raise $1,000, and I truly believe we can reach it together! Every donation helps fund research, access, and support for families facing breast cancer.
