Hello, we are Madi Craig and Izzy Marrin, and we are fundraising for a volunteering trip to Tanzania with Vine Trust, supported by Babcock.


The Vine Trust is an international development charity that works with national and international partners to support vulnerable families through sustainable construction projects in Tanzania.


During the trip, We’ll be involved in:


Hands-on building work – digging foundations, mixing cement, and helping construct homes


Family interaction – connecting with local families and communities


Cultural immersion – learning about Tanzanian traditions, language, and daily life


Climate action – taking part in tree planting and environmental awareness activities


Your support will help make this possible and contribute to long-term impact.

Here’s what Vine Trust has already achieved:


— Over 2.5 million free medical consultations delivered in Peru and Tanzania


— 149 homes built in partnership with TAWREF


— 600+ children supported through shelter projects


— 1,060+ UK students and teachers engaged through expeditions


— 8 family homes built at the Village of Hope, Kazunzu
