- Hi! My name is Paula and I am raising funds for my brother and his wife. Brock and Annette want to adopt a very sweet 14-year-old girl named Madilyn (Madi) who happens to be a relative of Annette's. Madi has expressed wishes to be adopted and move from the state of Washington to Tennessee and live permanently with Annette and Brock. It now appears to be God's perfect timing to complete the process! Adoption fees add up to approximately 7200. Plane tickets, home studies and application fees add a little more to the total. Just to let you know, our families firmly believe in adopting children and loving them to the fullest, treating them the same as our birth children. Brock and Annette are an empty-nester blended family with 4 children, 2 of whom are adopted. My husband Lee and I have 4 children, 3 of whom are adopted. Madi will be treasured!
