Macmillan in memory of my amazing sister
Hi it’s me Amanda. As many of you will know I lost my sister Rowe last October at the age of 45. Rowe was the absolute most bravest person I knew, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and fought it until the very end, she endured lots of chemo and even though I would offer to go and sit with her she would always say no. She never wanted to be a burden to anyone and that’s certainly how she lived, she kept working and looking after her 4 children, Molly 11, Archie 10, Lilly 8 and Riley 6 and never asked for help. She was absolutely amazing and I was in complete awe of her and still am. I wanted to do a skydive and raise money for Macmillan but I’m going to have to build myself up to that one so instead I thought I could get sponsored to shave my head. If Rowe could go around with no hair and look cute I’m sure I could too . She would be loving this idea as she always used to call me Mrs Bouquet and would never have thought I would do something like this. Every penny will go to Macmillan to go towards helping others and hopefully make a difference. Thank you for any donation whatever the amount will be amazing. Im so proud of you Rowe, I miss you with every fibre of my being and I’ll love you forever.
