⚽️♂️ Two Coaches. 100 Miles. 24 Hours. Let’s Go! ♂️⚽️
On 20th August, Coaches Mike and Craig will take on an epic challenge: walking 100 miles on foot in just 24 hours, from just outside Goole in Yorkshire all the way to Cleveleys.
Why?
Because we want to make a difference for causes that mean the world to us.
Sadly, cancer has touched our football family too — one of our parents has been affected Alex, and MacMillan have been there every step of the way, offering vital care and support when it’s needed most.
They’ll be pushing through the pain, blisters, and exhaustion, walking for a full day and night without sleep, to:
Support families affected by cancer through Macmillan’s vital work.
Help our Tigers and Hurricane girls continue to grow in confidence, fitness, and team spirit by raising funds for kits, equipment, and tournament opportunities.
• 50% of what we raise will go to MacMillan Cancer Support
• 25% will support U8s Fleetwood Hurricanes girls’ football team
• 25% will go to our TCFC U13s Tigers girls’ football team
Grassroots girls’ football gives our kids confidence, friendships, and life lessons they will carry forever — and we’re determined to keep that going strong for them.
It’s a huge challenge, but every mile we walk will be driven by your support and the knowledge that we’re helping families, girls’ football, and everyone who needs MacMillan’s amazing care.
If you can spare even £1, you’ll be making a real difference.
Thank you for backing us. Let’s smash this together. ⚽️
