This is my absolutely gorgeous  Granddaughter Sterling  Nova Lynn who was born with  Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.

She lives in Gary/ Indiana ( Miller Beach ) in the US  and is having treatment at the Advocate Christ Children's Hospital in Chicago
