Help For My Heroes

Asking for help isn’t something we’re very good at.

Hi, my name is Hannah, and I was raised by the most outstanding grandparents, who sacraficed retirement and put their lives on hold to take the role of “parents” to not only me but my older sister as well. They have never asked for help, and have always been the ones to help others in need, in anyway they possibly could. One of my grandparents, my grandfather, served in our country’s military (Navy and Army) for a total of 42 years. My grandfather devoted his entire life and his career to serving and protecting this great nation. His overall health has been on the rapid decline for years now, and he was just denied a disability claim through the VA. He has to get dialysis 3 times a week, due to kidney failure, and has trouble getting around. My grandmother has worked hard all of her life at multiple different jobs. She found and still finds time to be a mother/grandmother to two granddaughters , and a great grandmother to two great grandsons. She also continues to volunteer in the community and her church. That being said there are projects around their home, that they can’t work on anymore. One of those projects being a new bathroom with new plumbing. Unfortunately in our economy today, my grandparents cannot afford to purchase materials for a new bathroom/plumbing either. So I am humbly asking for your help, if not for my amazing grandparents , at least for a couple of heroes that deserve at least a safe and working bathroom to use. Any amount helps and we greatly appreciate your support and generosity!
