Susan's Story

I'd like to introduce you to one of the bravest and strongest women I know. I have known Susan since my first week in college. As a Health and PE major, she was always concerned with her health and wellness. Organic food, daily exercise and herbal remedies have always been a part of her life.
In 2015 Susan was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It was in her breast, abdomen, lymph system and spine. The medical professionals at prestigious San Francisco hospitals did not give her much hope or much time. They encouraged her to "put her affairs in order". Susan began to research options from all over the world. She studied alternative treatments, cancer-reducing diets and natural remedies. As a flight attendant, she was able to fly to Europe, Mexico, Australia and other countries where their cancer treatments differ from ours. Eight years later she is still fighting and still making progress. Although Susan has medical insurance, the alternative treatments that have kept her going are $17,000 a month. Susan has done everything possible to help herself. She doesn't drink, has never smoked, eats a very strict anti-cancer diet, meditates, exercises and researches. She hasn't relied on anyone else. We would like to give her a hand and help ease the burden of doing it all alone. Anything you donate is much appreciated. Believe me, she is worth it.
